How to Log Weights in the Movewell Club App
Dumbbells
Always log the total weight.
Example:
Single-arm row with a 15 lb dumbbell → log 30 lbs total (because you’ll work both arms).
Chest press with two 20 lb dumbbells → log 40 lbs total.
Barbells
(Hip Thrusts, Squats, RDLs, etc.)
Log the bar + all plates together.
Example:
Standard bar = 45 lbs.
Add a 10 lb plate on each side (+20) → 45 + 20 = 65 lbs total.
Bar + 25s on each side → 95 lbs total.
Smith Machine
If bar weight is labeled (usually 15–25 lbs), add it to your plates.
Example: Bar 20 lbs + 10s each side (20) = 40 lbs total.
If bar isn’t labeled, just log the plates.
Pin-Loaded Machines
These are machines with a weight stack + metal pin to select your weight.
Common ones: Lat pulldown, seated row, leg press (weight stack), leg extension, leg curl, chest press machine.
To log: Just enter the number shown on the stack.
Example: Pin at 70 → log 70 lbs.
